Looks pretty nice to me. The engine is absolutely massive looking:

Supercharger displacement: All the liters

Beast for sure. But it's still a boat with more power now.

No kidding, holy hell.

Judging from the locations of some of these photos.... Someone's about to get fired, and there's no way they got enough money from that site (or anywhere, can't imagine there was a huge bounty on Challenger photos) to make it worth never working in the industry again.

You say that like it's a bad thing.

What's in it? V8? Oh man I'd love to see a V10 Challenger.

More powers good lol. But it's most likely more front heavy and still the same ride

And?
![]() 05/01/2014 at 19:40 |

And to each their own I guess lol. But not my cup of tea. Might as well drive a lowered truck
![]() 05/01/2014 at 19:41 |

Unfortunately, I do believe that is a V8. Though a V10 would be amazing.

I don't think that 55% front is terribly front heavy, especially when compared to FWD cars. It's not a sports car designed to carve corners. It's muscle car designed to smash them in to submission. If that's not your thing, fine, but some of us do appreciate that.

Yeah. Seems pretty stupid to me. Almost makes me feel bad posting about it, but it was already out there so I guess I can't feel too bad hah.
I'd be so happy to have a job in the automotive industry, so I can't imagine what goes through these peoples' heads when they leak things.

Since they allegedly shaved a few pounds off the 2015, I'd wager they could probably add that back with the Hellcat and be just as powerful, or moreso, as the Camaro SS and still weigh less
But that's not exactly the point of the Challenger. It wasn't designed to be light in the '70s, it wasn't designed to be light in the '00s.

I'm assuming this is more. But I know some people do. I said to each their own. Im not bashing on it. It's still a beast. Just not in the way I enjoy my cars

Looks it went to the gym

Don't feel bad! And agreed, not worth it at all.

The SS is 400 or so lbs lighter.

No problem. People like what they like, but when you come in to post term like "boat" it's difficult to see that you appreciate and accept that people have different tastes.

I'll try to watch the terms I use next time
![]() 05/01/2014 at 20:00 |

Camaro SS = 3,908lbs
Challenger SRT= 4,160lbs
Not quite 400lbs, both cited from man.

Got my camaro weight mixed up with the z28.

That looks like a bitch to work inside.

it looks like such a whale in that picture. Should be a nice car though.
![]() 05/02/2014 at 00:49 |

Yeah. I would definitely not get the car as an all out performer, just used as a powerful cruise and occasional straight line fun.
Cuz 'Murica

If they would do a coke-bottle kink with the rocker-panel right here, it would look a thousand times better. That's all it takes, Dodge, come on!
